Barcelona’s winger, Ansu Fati, will be out for four weeks due to a hamstring injury, the club announced on Wednesday. The 22-year-old Spanish player has faced many injuries since making his debut as a teenager in 2019.
“Ansu Fati has suffered a muscle injury in his right hamstring during training on Wednesday. He is expected to be out for around four weeks,” said Barcelona.This injury means Fati will miss important matches, including the Champions League game against Brest on November 26, and La Liga matches against Celta Vigo, Las Palmas, Mallorca, and Real Betis. Another young Barcelona player, Lamine Yamal, who recently became the youngest player and scorer in Barcelona history, is also out for three weeks with an ankle injury. Several other Barcelona players, including star striker Robert Lewandowski with a back issue and key players like Marc-Andre Ter Stegen, Andreas Christensen, and Ronald Araujo, are also currently injured.
